Mallory & Evans Service recently completed retrofit services for Atlanta's Peachtree Center Athletic Club a 72,000 sq. ft. luxury sports, fitness and wellness complex.
Mallory & Evans performed the following work for the club:
• Replacement of two 25-ton units that serve the 10th Floor Track and Lounge Areas
• Replacement of two 5-ton units that serve the office as well as the 9th Floor Exercise Machines
• Replacement of 7.5-ton unit that originally served the spa and aerobics rooms with a 2.5-ton unit that now serves only the spa
• Replacement of two 2-ton units that serve two separate racquetball courts with two 3-ton units
• Replacement of three 2-ton units that serve three racquetball courts
• Replacement of 6-ton unit that serves the weight area
• Replacement of 12.5-ton unit that serves the gym area
• All units 5-tons and over are equipped with economizers
• Smaller units are equipped with an economizer or modulating outside air damper
• Furnished crane and rigging services
• Furnished and installed a Web Based DDC Control System
• Furnished and installed new electrical disconnects at units
• Furnished and installed new electrical power feeds for units 2-ton becoming 3-ton
• Furnished and installed gas piping modifications required for units
